Create a visit pack ID for a release inspection visit

Use a visit pack ID to group expedite items in an inspection visit pack. You can have multiple inspection visit packs for a single inspection visit. Before you assign multiple expedite items to a visit pack, ensure the Allow only single item per visit pack checkbox is cleared in the Inspection tab, in the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog. After you create and assign a visit pack ID to the expedite items, you can lock the release inspection visit and generate barcode for the visit pack.

1. Navigate to the s52006 Inspection Visits screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the project related to an inspection visit.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Inspection Visit grid, select a row.

5. In the Expedite Items grid, select the Allocated tab, and then select a row.

6. Select the General tab, and in the Visit Pack ID field, enter the ID of the group of expedite items for the release inspection visit.

   Note: To assign a visit pack ID for multiple expedite items, repeat steps 5 and 6.

7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The visit pack ID is assigned to the expedite items in the release inspection visit.
