Lock an inspection visit

Lock a visit pack related to a release inspection visit. After an inspection pack is locked, you can generate barcode for the inspection pack related to the inspection visit. To modify an inspection visit, ensure you unlock the related inspection pack. For more information, see Unlock an inspection visit.

1. Navigate to the s52006 Inspection Visits screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the project related to an inspection visit.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Inspection Visit grid, select a row.

5. On the s52006 menu, in the Visit Pack options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Lock packs.

   The value of the Status field changes to Locked.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
