Update the code and description of a part list status.

The updates do not affect the functionality of the part list status in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. The s21008 PL - Status Codes screen contains ten predefined part list status codes:

  • DESG (PL is in design phase): Indicates a part list is in the design phase and the part list items are not released for procurement.

  • READ (PL is ready to production): Indicates the part list items are released for procurement and appear as purchase requirements in the s50022 Material Status List screen.

  • CHAN (Changing/updating is in progress): Indicates an issued part list is reopened and updates related to the part list are in progress.

  • HOLD (Production is set to hold): Indicates the construction of the part list items is on hold.

  • NP (Not planned): Indicates a part list is not planned and the part list items are not available for addition to a delivery request list.

  • PART (PL is planned partly): Indicates a part list is partly planned.

  • TOT (PL is planned totally): Indicates a part list is completely planned and all part list items are ready for construction.

  • COPY (PL is copied): Indicates a part list is copied from a different project.

  • OPEN (PL is Open): Indicates a part list is not issued.

  • ISSUED (PL is Issued): Indicates a part list is issued.
