Add pallet list items to a DRL

Add items from the pallet list of an activity to a Delivery Request List (DRL).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure the status of the DRL is DRL Not Completed.

• Ensure you save all the changes in the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

To add pallet list items to a DRL

1. Navigate to the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s21001 menu, in the Add Positions group, from the From Project Requirements dropdown, select Pallet List.

   The d0012 Pallet List dialog appears.

5. In the Current Project control block, from the Activity dropdown, select the ID of the required activity.

6. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

   The items required for the selected activity appear.

7. In the Pallet List Items grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.

   The selected items appear in the Selected Items grid.

8. In the Selected Items grid, in the Sel Qty field, enter the required quantity for each item.

9. Select Insert.

   The items appear in the Line Item grid.

10. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s21001 Field descriptions.

11. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The pallet list items are added to the DRL.
