Copy cell and paste down

Copy the value from a cell and paste the value to all the rows below the selected row.

1. Navigate to the required screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   In the data grid, records appear.

3. In the data grid, right-select the cell to copy the value from.

4. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, from the Copy dropdown, select Copy Cell.

   The value in the selected cell is copied to clipboard.

5. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, from the Paste dropdown, select Paste down.

   The value is pasted to the selected field for all the rows below the selected row.
