Find detailed information about an issue

When an unexpected condition occurs, AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management displays a validation error and does not allow the user to proceed to the next step. In such scenarios, you can open and view the Issue dialog, which displays detailed information of the issue or error.

• On the Home menu, in the General group, select Issue Dialog.

  The issue dialog appears.

  

  The contents of this dialog vary based on the active screen. You can view a tree structure that reflects the layout of the screen. Each item in the dialog includes fields that describe the row related to the validation error.

  Note: To export the issue dialogue data to excel sheet in .xlsx format, select Export.
