Add a remark for a system budget. When you add a remark to a field, an icon appears in the field. You can add a remark for a system budget only when a project with a time phased budget is selected. You can define a time phased budget in the s10024 Budget Time Phase screen.

Navigate to the s10006 Project System Budget screen.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Levels and Systems grid, select a row.

In the Systems grid, select a row.

On the s10006 menu, in the Remark group, select Remark.
In the Related Data grid, in the Budget Split tab, in the grid, the copied rows appear.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
