Issue a delivery order

Issue a delivery order. You cannot modify or delete a delivery order after the delivery order is issued.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

  1. For the delivery order, in the Delivery Order Header grid, in the General tab, in the Title field, ensure a value is defined.

  2. In the Delivery Order Position grid, in the General tab, in the Forecast Delivery Date field, ensure a value is defined for each delivery order position related to the delivery order.

To issue a delivery order

  1. Navigate to the s60018 Delivery Orders screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Delivery Order Header grid, select a row.

  4. On the s60018 menu, in the Delivery order options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Issue.

    In the Delivery Order Header grid, in the General tab, the value in the Internal status field is updated to Ready.

  5. (Optional) To undo the workflow update, on the s60018 menu, in the Delivery order options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Undo Workflow Actions.

  6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The delivery order is issued.
