Assign an MTO to a material summary through a filter

Add a Material Take-Off (MTO) to a material summary through a filter.

Navigate to the s21026 Material Summaries screen.

In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Summaries grid, select a row.

On the s21026 menu, in the Options group, from the Assign MTOs dropdown, select Edit Summary Filter.
The d0326 MTO Summary Filter dialog appears.

To define the filter properties, perform the following:

From the operand dropdown, select one of the following:

And: To filter with all the properties.

Or: To filter with at least one of the properties.

From the entity dropdown, select the entity for which you want to apply the filter properties.

From the property dropdown, select the property related to the entity for which you want to apply the filter properties.

From the operator dropdown, select the operator required to filter the data.

In the value field, define the data value with which you want to apply the filter.
Note: To add a new filter property, select the
icon, and repeat step 6.

Select Test.
A pop-up window with the number of site MTOs found from the filter appears.

To close the pop-up window, select Ok.

Select OK.
The material summary filter is created for the selected material summary.
