Create a material allocation package

Create a material allocation package. A material allocation package groups site Material Take-Offs (MTOs) to help schedule material allocation runs defined in the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen and to determine the availability of items.

1. Navigate to the s23002 Material Allocation Package screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Material Allocation Package grid, a blank row is created.

5. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Material Allocation Package: The unique ID of a material allocation package.

   • Priority: The priority number for the material allocation package.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The material allocation package is created.
