Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Customer Column 0–Customer Column 9

Multipurpose fields for storing company specific attributes.

MNC

Material Non-Conformance: A warning that indicates an item is registered with Material Non-Conformance (MNC).

P

Material Detail Preferences: The icon indicates a material detail preference is defined for an item through the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

Unit

The unit of measure in which items are managed in stock.

Instance Id

The ID of a specific instance of a picking list item.

PO Number

Purchase Order Number: The ID of the PO related to a picking list item.

Position

The PO position number related to a picking list item.

Del Note

Delivery Note: The ID of a delivery note related to a picking list item.

Certificate Id

The ID of the certificate registered against a picking list item.

Charge Id

The charge ID registered on any certificate selected in the Certificate Id field. Charge ID is applicable for suppliers of steel materials.

Suppl Batch Id

Supplier Batch ID: The batch number of a supplier registered on any certificate selected in the Certificate Id field.

Expire Date

The expiry date of a picking list item.

MNC Picking Status

The conditions for picking an item from stock when the item is registered with MNC. The values are:

  • A: The item is picked from stock without any restrictions.

  • R: The item is picked from stock, but with certain restrictions.

  • N: The item is not available for issue from stock.

Remark

The comments related to the shelf life of a picking list item.

Legal Entity

The ID of a legal entity related to a PO linked to a picking list.

Supplementary Occurrence

The ID of a supplementary occurrence related to a PO position.

Picking List grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Delivery Request List

The ID of a Delivery Request List (DRL) related to a picking list.

DRL Type

Delivery Request List Type: The type of a DRL related to a picking list.

Index

The index number of a picking list related to a DRL.

Project

The ID of a project related to a picking list.

Picking List Id

The ID of a picking list. The value in the Picking List Id field is automatically generated using a combination of the values in the Delivery Request List and the Index fields.

Site Id

The ID of a site from which the items in a picking list are picked.

Store Id

The ID of a storehouse within a site from which the items in a picking list are picked.

Material Allocation Id

The ID of a material allocation run related to a DRL from which a picking list is created.

Activity

The ID of an activity for which the items in a picking list are required.

+/-

The allowed time difference between the planned start date of an activity and the actual start date of the activity.

Prod Date

Production Date: The date when the items in a picking list are required for production.

Prod Grp

Production Group: The ID of the production group related to the activity defined in the Activity field.

Del Addr

Delivery Address: The ID of a delivery address where picked items are delivered.

Subcontractor

The name of the subcontractor assigned to a picking list to receive the items picked from stock.

Picking List Status

The status of a picking list. The values are as follows:

  • Picking List Created: The status of a picking list when there are unpicked items in the picking list.

  • Picking List Picked: The status of a picking when all items in the picking list are picked.

Picking List Ready

Indicates the items in a picking list are ready for picking.

Foreman

The name of the foreman who oversees the activity for which the items in a picking list are required.

DRL Remark

The comments in a DRL related to a picking list.

The comments related to a picking list.

The following table describes the fields in the Attachments tab.

Field

Description

R

Restriction: The restriction status of a URL according to the rules maintained in the s00040 Hyperlink Restrictions screen. The R field is applicable only for hyperlink attachments.

Link or File

Indicates whether an attachment is a file or a hyperlink.

Attachment Type

The type of an attachment. The valid attachment types are defined in the s00072 Attachment Type screen. The Attachment Type field helps in grouping and categorization of the attachments.

Rev Stat

Revision Status: Indicates the status of a revision. There are three statuses:

  • Green: The revision is the latest released revision.

  • Yellow: The revision is the latest unreleased revision.

  • Red: The revision is retired or outdated.

Revision

The revision number of an attachment. When you create a new revision, the revision number increases by one.

Id/ Filename

The ID of a hyperlink or the name of a file attachment.

Title/Description

The title of a hyperlink or the description of a file attachment.

Stat

Status: Indicates the status of an attachment. If the Stat checkbox is selected, the attachment is active.

Ext Visible

Externally Visible: Indicates the attachment is visible in external systems, such as the Supplier Portal.

Links

Indicates whether the attachment is linked to or from another entity, such as a PO or a TMR.

Url

The URL of a hyperlink attachment.

Line Items grid

In the Items tab, in the Items grid, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

S

Shortage Indicator: The icon indicates that the holding quantity of an item is less than the requested quantity of an item.

MS

Material Substitution: The icon indicates a material substitution exists for an item.

Pick Quantity

The quantity of a picking list item to be picked.

Location

The ID of a location of a picking list item within a storehouse.

Picked Request Quantity

The quantity a picking list item requested for picking in the unit in which stock is measured.

Available Quantity

The quantity of a picking list item that is available for use. The value in the Available Quantity field is determined based on whether the system considers material reservations made for the item.

In the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog, in the Stores Management tab, if the Ignore Reservations for Picking checkbox is selected, the system ignores the existing material reservations to determine the available quantity. If the Ignore Reservations for Picking checkbox is cleared, the system considers existing material reservations to determine the available quantity.

The Ignore Reservations for Picking checkbox is also available in the General 1 tab, in the s10001 Projects screen. For the project related to a picking list, if the Ignore Reservations for Picking checkbox is defined, then the project specific settings override the settings defined in the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog.

Description

The description of a picking list item.

Line Number

The picking list line number related to a picking list item.

For Construction

Indicates a picking list item is for construction. For a picking list item, if the For Construction checkbox is cleared, then you cannot pick a picking list item and can remove the item from the picking list.

Material Category

The ID of a material category related to a picking list item.

Request Quantity

The quantity of a picking list item requested for picking item.

Item Id

The ID of a picking list item.

Purchase Order Id

The ID of a Purchase Order (PO) related to a picking list item.

Purchase Order Item

The PO position number related to a picking list item.

In the Items tab, in the Items grid, the following table describes the fields in the Material Details tab.

Description

Quantity

The quantity of an item to change in a stock transaction.

Available Quantity

The quantity of a specific material instance that is available for use in a picking list.

Reservation Location

The quantity of a material instance reserved at the location related to a picking list.

Reservation Storehouse

The quantity of a material instance reserved within the storehouse related to a picking list.

In the Picked Material tab, in the Picked Material grid, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

The picked quantity of a picking list item.

Location

The ID of a location within a storehouse from where an item is picked.

Description

The description of a picked item.

Line Number

The picking list line number related to a picked item.

Material Category

The ID of a material category related to a picked item.

Item Id

The ID of a picked item.

Purchase Order Id

The ID of a PO related to a picked item.

Purchase Order Item

The PO position number related to a picked item.

In the Picked Material tab, in the Picked Material grid, the following table describes the fields in the Material Details tab.

Picked Quantity: The picked quantity of a picking list item.

Line Number

The DRL position number used to sort items in a DRL.

System

The ID of a system related to a DRL item.

Material Category

The ID of a material category related to a DRL item.

Item Id

The ID of a DRL item.

Material Description

The description of a DRL item.

Requested Quantity

The requested quantity of a DRL item.

Requested Unit

The unit of measure for the value defined in the Requested Quantity field.

Site

The ID of a site related to a DRL item.

Part List No

Part List Number: The ID of the part list related to a DRL item.

Pipeline Number

For a DRL item that originates from a piping Material Take-Off (MTO) line, the value in the Pipeline Number field is the ID of the pipeline related to the DRL item.

Material Control Section

For a DRL item that originates from a general MTO line, the value in the Material Control Section field is the ID of the material control section related to the DRL item.

Construction Area

For a DRL item that originates from a general MTO line, the value in the Construction Area field is the ID of the construction area related to the DRL item.

Mto-Line

The ID of a general MTO or a piping MTO related to a DRL item.

Sheet Number

The drawing sheet number related to the value defined in the Mto-Line field.

Discipline

The ID of a drawing discipline related to the value defined in the Mto-Line field.

Part List Line Number

The part list line number related to a DRL item.

MTO Identification

The ID of a site MTO from which a DRL is created.

Model Tag Id

For a DRL item that originates from a 3D model, the value in the Model Tag Id field is the tag ID of the 3D model from AVEVA E3D or AVEVA Marine.

Model Type Ref

For a DRL item that originates from a 3D model, the value in the Model Type Ref field is the ID of the group type of the 3D model from AVEVA E3D or AVEVA Marine.

Drawing

For a DRL item that originates from a drawing part list or an MTO, the value in the Drawing field is the ID of the drawing related to the part list or MTO.

The technical text related to a part list linked to a DRL item.
