Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Generate View

The name of a view in the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management database. The valid values are defined in the s12003 View Definitions screen.

History Type grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

History Type Id

The ID of a history type. The valid values are defined in the s12023 History Types screen.

Display Query

The ID of a data extraction query related to a history type. The valid values are the data extraction queries for which the value in the Purpose field is History, defined in the s12010 Data Extraction Manager screen.

Active

Indicates a history type setup is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. In the s12023 History Type screen, if the Main checkbox is selected for a history type, then in the s12026 History Setup screen, only one history setup is available for the history type.

System

Indicates a history type setup is defined by the system. You cannot delete a system defined history type setup.

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

The ID of a history subtype. The valid values are defined in the s12023 History Types screen with the Main checkbox cleared.

Active

Indicates a history subtype setup is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

System

Indicates a history subtype setup is defined by the system. You cannot delete a system defined history subtype setup.
