Add project components to a piping MTO line

Add predefined project components from the catalogue to a piping Material Take-Off (MTO) line.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

For a piping MTO line, in the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, in the MTO Status field, ensure the value is No MTO, Working, or Confirmed.

Ensure the piping MTO line is related to a delivery designation. For more information, see Define a delivery designation for a piping MTO line.
To add project components to a piping MTO line

Navigate to the s22040 Piping MTO screen.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.
For the selected MTO line, in the Del Des tab, in the Del Des grid, ensure atleast one delivery designation is defined.

On the s22040 menu, in the Add Position group, from the Materials dropdown, select Project Components.
The d0002 Project Component Multi Item Select dialog appears.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.
The project components in the Fully Validated status appear.

In the ProjectComponent grid, select one or more materials, and then select the Enter key.
The selected materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

In the Selected Items grid, in the Req Quantity field, enter the required quantity for each material.

Select Insert.
The materials appear in the MTO Items grid.

In the MTO Items grid, select a row.

Select the General tab, from the Delivery Designation dropdown, select the ID of the required delivery designation.
Note: Repeat steps 10 and 11 for each row.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s22040 Field descriptions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The project components are added to the piping MTO line.
