View unscheduled project components

View the unscheduled project components for a project. In the s20010 Project Components screen, view the project components that fulfill the following conditions:

• The project component is defined for the selected project.

• In the s20010 Project Components screen, in the Project Component grid, the following exists:

  • In the General 2 tab, the Proc Sch Required checkbox is selected.

  • In the General 1 tab, the value in the Internal Status field is PUR.

• The project component is not registered on a procurement schedule.

To view unscheduled project components

1. Navigate to the s50039 Procurement Status screen.

2. In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. On the s50039 menu, in the Show Unscheduled group, select Components.

   The s20010 Project Components screen appears.

   In the Project Component grid, a list of unscheduled project components for the selected project appears.
