Renumber RFQ positions

Renumber the Request For Quote (RFQ) positions according to the default increments defined in the s10023 Position Number Increments screen. However, if you define project specific increment values based on your requirements, then the defined increment value takes precedence over the default increment list.

For an RFQ, in the Request for Quote Header grid, in the General tab, if the value in the External status field is ISSUED, then you cannot renumber the RFQ positions.

1. Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.

4. On the s50019 menu, in the View Information group, select Renumber Positions.

   The RFQ positions are renumbered sequentially.

5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
