Create a requisition package

A requisition package contains attachments, hyperlinks, reports, and manually added documents related to the Technical Material Requisition (TMR). To create a TMR package, in the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, in the General tab, in the External status field, ensure the value is ISSUED.

1. Navigate to the s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, select a row.

4. On the s50016 menu, in the View Information group, select Req Package.

5. The s50051 Document and Attachment Package screen appears. In the Packages grid, the Package field is automatically updated with the value in the TMR Id field.

6. Select the General tab, in the Package Revision field, enter the revision number.

7. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s50051 Field descriptions.

8. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The requisition package is created.
