Issue a hull unit material list

Change the external status of a hull unit material list to PL is Issued. To modify the hull unit material list after you issue the list, ensure you reopen the hull unit material list. For more information, see Open a hull unit material list. When the planning status of the hull unit material list is Totally Planned and the technical status is Ready for Production, the external status is automatically updated to PL is Issued.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure you save all the changes in the hull unit material list.

• Ensure the external status of the hull unit material list is not PL is Issued.

To issue a hull unit material list

1. Navigate to the s30000 Hull Unit Material List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Hull Unit Material List Header grid, select a row.

4. On the s30000 menu, in the Status group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Issue.

   The external status of the hull unit material list is updated to PL is Issued. Additionally, the planning status is automatically updated to PL is planned totally and the technical status is automatically updated to PL is ready to production.

5. (Optional) To revert the status update, on the s30000 menu, in the Status group, select Revert.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
