Load corporate text

Load all active standard texts defined in the s50011 Standard Texts screen to a specific project. Only standard texts not defined in the s40004 Project Standard Texts screen are imported.

1. Navigate to the s40004 Project Standard Texts screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the s40004 menu, in the Actions group, select Load Corporate Text.

   All the active standard texts defined in the s50011 Standard Texts screen are applied to the selected project and added to the Standard Texts grid.

5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
