Create a site

A site is a geographical location which is used for construction activities and storing materials for a project. When a site is related to an activity, you can access materials for the activity from the stores and the locations related to the site.

1. Navigate to the s00016 Sites screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Sites grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab, in the Site Id field, enter the unique ID of a site.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s00016 Field descriptions.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The site is created.
