View material availability in storehouse

Before returning materials to stock, use the Stock Info tab to view the current holding details of a material in a storehouse. View all possible locations where a holding for the selected material already exists to select the most convenient stock location for returning materials.

1. Navigate to the s60009 Goods Return to Stock screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, perform the following:

   1. From the Transaction Project dropdown, select the ID of the project for which the material is returned.

   2. From the Material Category dropdown, select the ID of the required material category.

   3. From the Item Id dropdown, select the ID of the material you want to return to stock.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Pick Transactions grid, select a material.

5. Select the Stock Info tab, in the Holding field, view the current holding of the selected material.

   In the Site and Store fields, view the locations where the material is available.
