Create a quality standard code for a hull material

A quality standard code of a hull material contains identification details of the hull material such as density, color, reorder time, and so on.

1. Navigate to the s30018 Quality Standard - Hull Plate and Profile screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Quality Standard - Hull Plate and Profile grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and enter relevant details in the following fields:

   1. Quality Code: The unique ID of a quality standard code of a hull plate or a hull profile material.

   2. Description: The description of the quality standard code of the hull plate or the hull profile material.

5. (Optional) If the quality standard code is for hull plate material, in the Density field, enter the density of a hull plate material in g/cm3.

6. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s30018 Field descriptions.

7. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The quality standard code for a hull material is created.
