Transfer site MTO items to a DRL

Transfer items in a site Material Take-Off (MTO) to a new or an existing Delivery Request List (DRL).
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

In the Site MTO grid, in the General tab, if the value in the Origin field of a site MTO is PMTO or GMTO, perform the following:

In the Status tab, in the Engineering Update field, ensure the value is Ongoing or Changed.

In the Status tab, in the MTO Status field, ensure the value is Open.

In the Site MTO grid, in the General tab, if the value in the Origin field of a site MTO is Manual, then in the Status tab, ensure the value is Open.
To transfer site MTO items to a DRL

Navigate to the s23001 Site MTO screen.

In the Current Material control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Site MTO grid, select one or more rows.

In the Material Details grid, select one or more rows.

On the s23001 menu, in the Create DRL group, perform one of the following:

To transfer all the items in the selected site MTO to a DRL, select All Items.

To transfer only the selected MTO items to a DRL, select Selected Items.
The d0255 Transfer to DRL dialog appears.

Perform one of the following:
-
To transfer the items from the selected site MTOs to a single DRL, select Create one DRL.

If multiple site MTOs are selected, then to create one DRL for each selected site MTO and transfer the MTO items to the respective DRLs, select Create one per Site MTO.

To transfer the items from the selected site MTOs to an existing DRL, perform the following:

Select Amend DRL.

From the dropdown, select the ID of the required DRL.

Select Transfer.
The s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen appears with the details of the transferred site MTO items.

(Optional) Modify the DRL according to your requirements. For more information on all the fields, see s21001 Field descriptions.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
