Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Sites grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

Site Id

The unique ID of a site.

Description

The description of a site.

Status

Indicates the status of a site. If the Status checkbox is selected, the site is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. When the Status checkbox related to a site is cleared, the site is closed.

Project Specific

Indicates you can assign a Project Specific Sites Only (PSSO) project to a site. In the s10001 Projects screen, if the Project specific sites only checkbox is selected for a project, the project is a PSSO project.

User Specific

Indicates a site is specific to a user and only the user assigned to the site can access the site.

Default Delivery Address

The ID of the default delivery address related to a site. A delivery address is a geographical location on a site where the supplier delivers the materials in a Purchase Order (PO). In the s50018 Purchase Order screen, for a PO, when you select a site from the Site dropdown, the default delivery address related to the site is automatically selected in the Delivery Address dropdown.

The following table describes the fields in the Delivery Addresses tab.

Description

Del Addr Id

Delivery Address Id: The ID of a delivery location related to a site. The valid values are defined and maintained in the s50001 Delivery Addresses screen.

S

Status: Indicates the status of a delivery address related to a site. If the S checkbox is selected, the delivery address is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Site Id

The ID of a site related to a delivery address.

Addr Line1–Addr Line4

Address Line 1–4: The complete address of a delivery location.

Postal Code

The postal code or ZIP Code of a delivery location related to a site.

City

The name of a city or a town of a delivery location related to a site.

Country

The unique code to identify a country related to a delivery location.

County

The name of a county related to a delivery location.

Region

The name of a region in a country related to a delivery location.

State/Province

The unique code to identify a state or a province related to a delivery location.

The ID of a project related to a site.

S

Status: Indicates the status of a project related to a site. If the S checkbox is selected, the project is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.
