Release a fabricate part list from on hold state

Release a fabricate part list from the on hold state when all the fabricate part list items are ready for requisition or purchase.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

Ensure you save all the changes in the fabricate part list.

Ensure the external status of the fabricate part list is PL is Open.

Ensure the selected fabricate part list is in the on hold status.
To release a fabricate part list from on hold state

Navigate to the s21015 Fabricate Part List screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Part List Items grid, select a row.

On the s21015 menu, in the Status group, from the OnHold dropdown, select Release Entire FabPartList.
A pop-up window appears.

To confirm, select Yes.
In the Part List grid, in the General tab, the value in the On Hold Reason field is removed.
In the Part List Items grid, for each row, in the General tab, the value in the On Hold Reason field is removed. Additionally, for each row, the value in the Engineering On Hold Qty field is removed.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
