Create an RFQ package

A Request For Quote (RFQ) package contains attachments, hyperlinks, reports, and manually added documents related to the RFQ. To create an RFQ package, in the Request for Quote Header grid, in the General tab, in the External status field, ensure the value is ISSUED.

Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.

On the s50019 menu, in the View Information group, select RFQ Package.
The s50051 Document and Attachment Package screen appears. In the Packages grid, the Package field is automatically updated with the value in the RFQ Id field.

Select the General tab, in the Package Revision field, enter the revision number.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s50051 Field descriptions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The RFQ package is created.
