Save

Ctrl + S

To save all the changes in the current screen.

Undo

Ctrl + Z

To undo the last change made or to revert to an older state. It reverts the change made in a particular field.

Note: You can revert changes in a field when the field and the record remain in edit mode and the original work exists.

Redo

Ctrl + Y

To reverse the change or to advance the screen to a more current state.

Print

Ctrl + P

To open the print dialog.

Close

Ctrl + W

To close the active screen.

Contextual help

F1/Shift-F1

To display the help document for the active screen. If there is no active screen, then the system displays the UI Guide. In the d0073 System Settings dialog, if a custom help path is setup and the screen has a custom help document, select the Shift and F1 keys simultaneously to access the standard help files.

Local Help

NA

To display customer specific help files based on the settings defined in the d0073 System Settings dialog. If there is no local help path defined, then the icon option is not available.

Custom Help

F1

To view the custom help files if a custom help path is setup in the d0073 System Settings dialog.

Help

NA

Displays the How Tos of the key business processes.

The dialog contains information about the current instance of AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management along with its copyright notices. In addition, it has the information about the third-party software which are currently up and running with AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Exit

Alt + F4

Close the active screens and exit from AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.
