View unscheduled MRs

View the unscheduled Material Requisitions (MRs) for a project. In the s40001 Requisition Register screen, view the MRs that fulfill the following conditions:

• The MR is defined for the selected project.

• In the s40001 Requisition Register screen, in the MR Numbers grid, the following exists:

  • In the General tab, the Proc Sch Required checkbox is selected.

  • In the General tab, the Status checkbox is selected.

• The MR is not registered on a procurement schedule.

To view unscheduled MRs

1. Navigate to the s50039 Procurement Status screen.

2. In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. On the s50039 menu, in the Show Unscheduled group, select MRs.

   The s40001 Requisition Register screen appears.

   In the MR Numbers grid, a list of unscheduled MRs for the selected project appears.
