Create general work item

Create a general work item. A work item is used to assign specific tasks to specific people.

  1. Navigate to the required screen.

  2. On the Work Item menu, in the Work Item group, select Create work item.

    The d0043 Create Work Item dialog appears.

  3. In the Work Item grid, in the General tab, perform the following:

    1. From the Project dropdown, select the required project.

    2. From the System dropdown, select the required project.

    3. From the Department dropdown, select the required department.

    4. In the Deadline field, select the required deadline.

    5. From the Status dropdown, select the required dropdown.

    6. From the Priority dropdown, select the required priority number.

  4. In the Work Item grid, in the Description tab, perform the following:

    1. From the Cause dropdown, select the required cause.

    2. From the Disposition dropdown, select the required disposition.

    3. From the Site Id dropdown, select the required site ID.

  5. Select Ok.

    The work item is created.
