Create an email template for an email template type and define a language for the email template. To create an email template, you can add text manually and select placeholders from the Placeholders section. When you use an email template to send an email, the value of the placeholder is substituted by the corresponding value in the email. For example, if the placeholder is <DeliveryOrderId>, the placeholder is substituted by the corresponding delivery order ID in the email.
You can also create an email template with a predefined flexible email body. For more information, see Create an email template with a flexible email body.
