Import an expedite item

Import the details of an expedite item from a previously exported Microsoft Excel Workbook. You can only import files that are previously exported from AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

  1. Navigate to the s51004 Expediting screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Expedite Header grid, select a row.

  4. In the Expedite Items grid, select the Exp Items tab, select the expedite item that you previously exported.

  5. On the s51004 menu, in the Import / Export group, select Import from Excel.

    The Open dialog appears.

  6. Navigate to the location of the file you want to import.

  7. Select the file and select Open.

    Ensure you select only a single file.

  8. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s51004 Field descriptions.

  9. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    In the Expedite Items grid, in the the Exp Items tab, the imported expedite item appears.
