Create and maintain certificates for the items delivered for a Purchase Order (PO).

You can create certificates that include information about certificates, batch IDs, and charge numbers for purchased hull plates and hull profiles. You can also create and register certificates for pipes, project components, and standard materials delivered for all POs in a project.
