View the part lists related to a pallet list

View the part lists related to a pallet list based on the combination of values selected in the Project, Activity, and Not Fully Requested fields in the Current Project control block.

1. Navigate to the s21012 Pallet Lists screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, perform the following:

   1. From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

   2. From the Activity dropdown, select the ID of the required activity.

   3. Perform one of the following:

      • To display only the part lists with outstanding material quantity greater than zero, select the Not Fully Requested checkbox.

      • To display all the part lists related to the selected project and activity, clear the Not Fully Requested checkbox.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the s21012 menu, in the View Information group, select Related Part Lists.

   The d0007 Related Part Lists dialog appears.

5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

   If the Not Fully Requested checkbox is selected, view the part lists with outstanding material requirements. If the Not Fully Requested checkbox is cleared, view all the part lists related to the selected project and activity.
