Reschedule the forecast date of a procurement schedule

The forecast date is the expected delivery date of the material in a procurement schedule. You can schedule the forecast date for a procurement schedule with Requires on Site date, milestones, and lead times set up in calculation sequence, and schedule individual deadlines for each milestone.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

Ensure you have the Update Schedule and the Write UI right for s50037 Procurement Schedules screen. For more information, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

Ensure the procurement schedule has an RoS date.

Ensure all changes on a schedule are saved before you update the forecast.
To reschedule the forecast date of a procurement schedule

Navigate to the s50037 Procurement Schedules screen.

To refresh the screen, select F5 key.

In the Procurement Schedules grid, select a row.
Ensure only one schedule is selected. Ensure the schedule status is Open, Closed or Change.

On the s50037 menu, in the Scheduling group, select Reschedule Forecast.
The Forecast dates of the procurement schedule and milestones are updated according to the forecast calculation methods.

To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
