Load all queue status records

When you open the s00075 ERM Queue Status screen, in the Queue Status History grid, only the entries recorded for the current day appear. Use Load All to view queue status records within a specific timeframe called the Retention Period. By updating the retention period in the Retention period for queues in days field in the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog, you can access queue status records based on the desired duration. The default value is 30 days.

  1. On the Administration menu, in the Log group, select Queue Status.

    The s00075 ERM Queue Status screen appears.

  2. In the Queue Status grid, select the required job ID.

  3. Select the tab with name same as the selected job ID.

  4. In the Actions group, click Load All.

    In the Queue Status History grid, status records from the last 30 days appear.
