Reopen a delivery note from s60028

Reopen a delivery note that is received. You can make changes to a delivery note after you reopen the delivery note.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

Ensure you have the Can Reopen or Full Access UI rights to the s60028 Stock item Delivery Registration screen. For more information on how to define UI access rights, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

In the Delivery Note grid, in the General tab, perform the following:

In the Rec Type field, ensure the value is not Shipping Note Receipt.

In the Receipt Status field, ensure the value is RECEIVED.

Ensure the items in a delivery note are not in use.
To reopen a delivery note from s60028
-
Navigate to the s60028 Stock item Delivery Registration screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Delivery Note grid, select a row.

On the s60028 menu, in the Workflow group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Reopen.
A pop-up window appears.

Read the message and select Yes, Reopen Delivery Note.
In the Delivery Note grid, in the General tab, the value in the Receipt Status field is updated to PRELIM.
The receipt for the delivery note is reopened.
