Create a DRL header

A Delivery Request List (DRL) header contains the identification details of a DRL, such as the DRL number, reservation status, ID of a related activity, internal status, and so on.

  1. Navigate to the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

    In the Delivery Request List grid, a blank row is created.

  4. Select the General tab and perform the following:

    1. From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the project for which you want to create a DRL.

    2. From the Activity dropdown, select the ID of the activity related to the DRL.

    3. From the Production Date dropdown, select the date when the materials requested in the DRL are required for production.

    4. From the Stock Site dropdown, select the ID of the site from where the materials requested in the DRL are picked.

  5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s21001 Field descriptions.

  6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The DRL Header is created.
