Install Oracle RDBMS

Ensure the Oracle database version is at least 19.18.0.0.0 and patch number 34765931. You can download the database software from the Oracle support site, refer to Oracle support. A service contract with Oracle is required to download from the Oracle site, refer to the Oracle technetwork.

Apply the critical patches for a database version. For the latest certified patch number, see System requirements for AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. You can download patches from the Oracle support site, refer to Oracle support.

AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management is not certified for running on a Container database, so during installation, in the installer wizard, in the Database Identifiers step, clear the Create as Container database checkbox.
