Open a fabricate part list

Change the external status of a fabricate part list to PL is Open. When the planning status of the fabricate part list is Not Planned or Partly Planned and the technical status is Design Phase, Changing/Updating in Progress, On Hold, or Is Copied, the external status is automatically updated to PL is Open.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure you save all the changes in the fabricate part list.

• Ensure the external status of the fabricate part list is not PL is Open.

To open a fabricate part list

1. Navigate to the s21015 Fabricate Part Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key

3. In the Part Lists grid, select a row.

4. On the s21015 menu, in the Status group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Open.

   The external status of the fabricate part list is updated to PL is Open.

5. (Optional) To revert the status update, on the s21015 menu, in the Status group, select Revert.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
