Sequence Number: The number to determine the priority of a supply responsibility rule.

Requisition Process

Determines whether an item in a part list or a material take-off (MTO) is used for construction, requisition, or both.

For Requisition

Indicates a requisition process item is for requisition.

For Construction

Indicates a requisition process item is for construction.

Pipeline

The pipeline number related to an MTO item.

Section

The section number related to an MTO item.

Drawing

The ID of a drawing discipline related to an MTO item.

Operator

The operator to determine how an attribute is compared to the value defined in the Value field. The values are:

• Contains: Verifies if an attribute related to an MTO item contains a defined value. For example, for the System attribute, if the value in the Operator field is Contains and the value in the Value field is 101, then the rule is applied for items with a system ID that contains the value 101 such as 101011, 101010, 101005, and so on.

• Ends With: Verifies if an attribute related to an MTO item ends with a defined value. For example, for the System attribute, if the value in the Operator field is Ends With and the value in the Value field is 001, then the rule is applied for items where the system ID ends with 001 such as 000001, 101001, 106001, and so on.

• Starts With: Verifies if an attribute related to an MTO item starts with a defined value. For example, for the System attribute, if the value in the Operator field is Starts With and the value in the Value field is 101, then the rule is applied for items where the system ID starts with 001 such as 101001, 101005, 101012, and so on.

• Equals To: Verifies if an attribute related to an MTO item matches a defined value. For example, for the System attribute, if the value in the Operator field is Equals To and the value in the Value field is 101004, then the rule is applied for items where the system ID is 101004.

• Is Empty: Verifies if an attribute related to an MTO item is empty. For example, for the System attribute, if the value in the Operator field is Is Empty, then the rule is applied for items where the system ID is not defined.

• Range: Verifies if an attribute related to an MTO item falls between a range. For example, for the System attribute, if the value in the Operator field is Range, the value in the To field is 101001, and the value in the From field is 101010, then the rule is applied for items where the system ID falls between the range of 101001 and 101010.

Value

The value an operator uses to compare with an attribute.

From

The first value of a range. The From field is available only when the value in the Operator field is Range.

To

The last value of a range. The To field is available only when the value in the Operator field is Range.

System

The supply responsibility rule created for a system related to an MTO item. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Construction Area

The supply responsibility rule created for a construction area related to an MTO item. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Site

The supply responsibility rule created for a site related to an MTO item. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Type

The supply responsibility rule created for a component type of an item related to an MTO. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Material Type

The supply responsibility rule created for a material type of an item related to an MTO. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Size

The supply responsibility rule created for a size of an item related to an MTO. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Class

The supply responsibility rule created for a classification code of an item related to an MTO. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Discipline

The supply responsibility rule created for a discipline of an item related to an MTO. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Specification

The supply responsibility rule created for a specification of an item related to an MTO. The supply responsibility rule is based on the value defined in the Operator, the Value, the To, and the From fields.

Spec Short Code
