Update a project component status

Update the code and description of a predefined project component status. The updates do not affect the functionality of the status code in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

The s20003 Project Component Status screen contains three predefined statuses:

  • DES: Indicates a project component is in the design phase. You cannot add the project component to a Technical Material Requisition (TMR), a Purchase Order (PO), or a Request For Quote (RFQ).

  • RFQ: Indicates a project component is released for enquiry through RFQs. You can add the project component to a TMR or an RFQ, but you cannot add the project component to a PO.

  • PUR: Indicates a project component is released for procurement and you can add the project component to a PO.

You cannot add or delete a project component status.

  1. Navigate to the s20003 Project Component Status screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Project Component Status grid, select a row.

  4. Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

    • Status Code: The unique code of a project component status.

    • Description: The description of a project component status code.

  5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
