Approve a contact list

If an approval workflow is not set up for the project related to a contact list, then as an assigned approver, use the Approve functionality in the Workflow dropdown to approve a contact list submission. After approval, the technical handler can can issue the contact list.

Navigate to the s50053 Contact Lists screen.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Contacts List grid, select a row.

On the s50053 menu, in the Options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Approve.
In the Contacts List grid, in the General tab, the Approver and the Approval Date fields are updated.

(Optional) To undo the workflow update, on the s50053 menu, in the Options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Undo workflow actions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The contact list is approved.
