Create a fixed currency rate

Create currencies with a fixed rate per project. You can create project specific rates only for the currencies available in the s00006 Currencies screen.

1. Navigate to the s10009 Project Currency Rates screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Project Currency Rates grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and perform the following:

   1. From the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

   2. From the Currency dropdown, select the required currency ID to define a fixed rate.

   3. In the Fixed Rate field, enter the fixed currency rate for the project.

      For example, to specify the relation between Danish krone (kr) and euro (€) currencies, (€1 = 7.45kr), enter 7.45 in the Fixed Rate field.

5. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
