Map drawings to a subcontract task added as an Request For Quote (RFQ) position. To map drawings, ensure you add a subcontract task item to the RFQ. For more information, see Add non-catalogue items to an RFQ.

Navigate to the s50019 Request for Quote screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Request for Quote Header grid, select a row.

In the Request for Quote Position grid, select a row.
Ensure the selected RFQ position is a subcontract (SC) task.

In the Request for Quote Position grid, select the Drawings tab.

On the s50019 menu, in the RFQ Options group, select Drawings.
The d0127 Relate Drawings dialog appears.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the Drawings grid, select the required drawings, and then select the Enter key.
The selected drawings appear in the Selected Drawings grid.

Select Insert.
In the Drawings tab, the selected drawings appear.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The drawings are mapped to the subcontract task.
