Add pallet list items to a hull material DRL

Add items from a pallet list to a hull material Delivery Request List (DRL).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, in the Activity field, ensure an activity is defined for the selected hull material DRL.

• Ensure the status of the hull material DRL is DRL Not Completed.

To add pallet list items to a hull material DRL

1. Navigate to the s30003 Hull Material Delivery Request List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s30003 menu, in the Add Positions group, select Pallet List.

   The d0012 Pallet List dialog appears.

5. In the Current Project control block, from the Activity dropdown, select the ID of the activity related to the required pallet list.

6. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

7. In the Pallet List Items grid, select one or more items, and then select the Enter key.

   The selected items appear in the Selected Items grid.

8. In the Selected Items grid, in the Sel Qty field, enter the required quantity for each item.

9. Select Insert.

   The items appear in the Hull Material Delivery Request List Item grid.

10. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s30003 Field descriptions.

11. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The pallet list items are added to the hull material DRL.
