Copy and paste multiple rows

To copy and paste values from multiple rows, Select as many rows that you want to insert or paste and the rest of the procedure is similar to Copy and Paste a row.

Note: Use Shift + Down Arrow to select multiple rows or press Ctrl and click multiple rows. In addition, any existing content in the data grid will move to one step down, to make the space for the newly inserted row.

Note: AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management will not allow you to create duplicate rows. It will not overwrite the values in the User and Short Name fields. However, it will paste and overwrite the values to the rest of the fields in a row/record.
