Reopen a shipping note

Reopen a shipping note for which the shipment is in preparation. You can make changes to a shipping note after you reopen the shipping note.

In the Shipping Note Header grid, in the General tab, in the Status field, ensure the value is Preparing Shipment.

1. Navigate to the s60006 Shipping Note screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Shipping Note Header grid, select a row.

4. On the s60006 menu, in the Shipment group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Reopen.

   In the Shipping Note Header grid, in the General tab, the value in the Status field is updated to New.

5. (Optional) To undo the workflow update, on the s60006 menu, in the Shipment group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Undo Workflow Actions.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The shipping note is reopened.
