View the fabricate balance

View the real-time balance of a fabricate based on the number of fabricates required and the total number of fabricates available on a site related to a material transaction. For example, for a fabricate, if the material status code is WO and the material transaction is related to a work order, view the number of fabricates required on a site and the number of fabricates available on the site related to the work order. If the material status code is PL and the material transaction is related to a part list, view the number of fabricates required on a site and the total number of fabricates available on the site related to the drawing of the part list.

For the fabricates that are defined as a replacement for a standard material or a project component in the s20017 Fabricate Catalogue screen, view the balance of the standard material or the project component.

1. Navigate to the s21004 Relate Fabricates to Work Order screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of a project related to a fabricate.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. Select the Fabricates tab, in the Fabricates grid, select a row.

5. In the Fabricate Balance grid, view the real-time balance of the selected fabricate.
