Import a message translation

Import a message translation from a local folder to AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management in the .csv UTF-8 encoded format.

Navigate to the s00013 Translation of Messages screen.

In the Control Block, from the Language dropdown, select the required language ID.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Message Translations grid, select a row.

On the s00013 menu, in the Import/Export Actions group, select Import.
The Select Target UTF-8 Encoded File dialog appears.

Navigate to the location of the file you want to import.

Select the file and select Open.
Ensure you select only a single file.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s00013 Field descriptions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
In the Message Translations grid, the imported message appears.
