Import a digital certificate from the Windows Certificate Store

Import a digital certificate from the Windows Certificate Store on the host machine to AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. The Windows Certificate Store lists multiple folders containing several certificates issued by the operating system of the host machine.

1. Navigate to the s15004 Digital Certificates screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the s15004 menu, in the Certificates group, select Import From Store.

   The Select a Digital Certificate dialog appears with a list of all the digital certificates available in the Windows Certificate Store.

4. Select a digital certificate, and then select View Certificate.

   Ensure you select only a single digital certificate.

   The Certificate dialog appears.

5. Select the General tab and view the certificate information.

6. Select the Details tab and view the certificate details such as the version, serial number, public key, and so on.

7. Select the Certification Path tab, view the certificate path and status, and then select OK.

8. Select OK.

9. Select the General tab, in the Id field, enter the unique ID of the digital certificate.

10. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The digital certificate is imported.
