Delete an MMT of a PO

Delete the existing details of a Material Movement Ticket (MMT) to update the MMT of a PO. When you delete an MMT of a PO, the information related to the MMT such as the MMT description, site ID, forecast dispatch date, and so on is deleted for the selected PO. You can delete an MMT only if the expedite items related to the MMT are not received at the assigned site and the MMT does not have any allocated expedite items.

  1. Navigate to the s51006 Material Movement Ticket screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Material Movement Ticket grid, select a row.

  5. On the s51006 menu, in the MMT Options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Delete MMT.

    In the General tab, the values in the MMT related fields are deleted.

  6. (Optional) To undo the workflow update, on the s51006 menu, in the MMT Options group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Undo workflow actions.

  7. To update new details for an MMT, perform the following:

    • In the MMT field, enter the dispatch ID related to the PO.

    • From the Forecast Dispatch Date dropdown, select the expected dispatch date for the MMT.

    • From the Address dropdown, select the address of a supplier related to the PO.

    • In the Ship Time field, enter the shipping time of the PO in days.

  8. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s51006 Field descriptions.

  9. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The MMT is updated.
